Omazing Grace?

Ok… a lot could be said here.
On one hand – He was just praising God
On the other hand – this is how churches give their best to God?
You make the call!

Ok… Ready for it?
Here it goes…
Will there be stupid handmotions in heaven?
Thanks to Monday Morning Insights for this link.
Listen to these words…
Chorus:
And I’ll praise you in this storm
and I will lift my hands
for You are who You are
no matter where I am
and every tear I’ve cried
You hold in your hand
You never left my side
and though my heart is torn
I will praise You in this storm
I watched a message from Louie Giglio last night from his Soundtrack Series called, “The Loudest Song.” It was exactly what I needed to hear. He told the story of Paul and Silas (Acts 16:16-35) and how @ the Midnight hour they chose to push play on the Soundtrack of God and praise Him. They did this because they wanted to. Not because they wanted out of jail. When the doors were opened from the earthquake they chose to stay. If it were me, I probably would have jetted out of there saying thank you God for freeing me. If they would have done that then the Jailer would have most likely killed himself and went to hell (not because he committed suicide, but because he did not know Jesus) Instead, he and his whole household was saved!
What about you? I know I could do a better job of focusing on God during the hard times and telling Him, “Here am I, send me.” I should stop focusing on myself and my situations and realize there are people all around who need the love of Jesus!
Just as a side note… this is my second attempt at a blog. Let’s see if I get past one post this time!
